I've had to cheat today and reuse some stamps from Great Britain I've shown before to make an Easter connection.
I found a chick:
And a rabbit:
However I could not find an egg for Easter and had to settle for some flowers instead.
I found a chick:
Päskelille |
You may know these flowers as daffodils but in Norway a päskelille is an Easter lily.
God Päske at Sunday-Stamps-ii-16.

Hi Bob - wonderful stamps .. and so interesting about the Paskelille .. Have a lovely Easter - Hilary
Well, I'm glad you 'cheated' as I love that little chick. the bunny is cute, too.
And that is interesting that the daffodil is an easter lily to Norwegians!
You've done well to find all the symbols.
Very nice anyway! I also cheated a bit...
Those RSPCA stamps are perfect for Easter.
Love the Paskelille story. Of course I also love the chick and bunny.
Happy Easter Bob. Hope you have an egg at home.
