And still it rains! After the wettest December since records began 1910, it's enough to make anyone feel blue.
I didn't really know where to start especially as 19 of my earlier thematic posts have included things blue before.
Of course the answer was right in front of me -

Christmas may be over and our decorations put away but others have still to get around to dismantling their display.

A local notice stands out as a reminder not to encroach.
The prison inmates do a great job in clearing litter for the woods at that side of the road.
I just wish someone would do the same in the woods across the other side.
It was much better to see the blue of the Atlantic off the North Cornish coast last summer.
While at Scarborough in October a blue surfer waited for his turn to try and catch a wave.
After a 20 minute session in the sea it's a wonder he wasn't blue all over.

Bob, it was like a treasure hunt searching for blue! Love the little statue men too. I shall post mine later tonight. Still embracing the theme...what to do, or what to do in blue?!
Hi Bob .. well done on the winter blues ... I'm just full of winter grey and when I see some blue it's blissful - til the thick pall of grey squalling rain comes over once again ... but we are by no means as wet as you are.
The rain has done enormous damage ... and so sad for many ... that chap looks rigidly stuck to the cliffs!
Cheers Hilary
ha...I have some blue on my blog today too
Watched all the rain on the news. Hope January will be better.
Hope your rain has stopped, and you're not so blue! These are very good photos for the theme - you even found some blue rubbish.
Yes I have heard about the rain. Friends tell me their mum's place was flooded. Not heard our family in any trouble in Kent. But it's incredible you having so much rain.
Gave me the blues.
That Cornish scene is gorgeous! Could do with a bit more of that sort of weather. And those blue wellies on my site were last year's! We are saturated but not flooded, hope your waters go down soon!
People littering makes me blue, even if it's blue rubbish. The photo of the Atlantic & the coastal cliffs is really beautiful.
North Cornish coast is a winner, Bob!
