Frozen - Thematic Photography

It seems strange in Spring to hark back to frozen times but with her curly coat Pippa is well protected against the snow and ice.

Back in December 2012 spray from cars created this curtain on a roadside fence.

But for ice cubes and frozen fish there is only one place to go.

Cody just knows that if he waits, and there are no other dogs around, that he will get the end of the cone..

For other frozen wastes you need to skate over to see what is to offer on Carmi's thematic-photographic-244.

We've seen a bit too much of the frozen stuff this year, haven't we Bob. There is a hedge along a local country road that regularly gets a frozen waterfall effect when it freezes as a small spring leaks into the road alongside it. People often stop to take photographs. Hope Cody was rewarded for his patience.

Yep - there's nothing like a dog fixing you with his eyes, waiting for you to reach the end of the cone! Great photos, but I've seen too much of it!

I recognize that look on Cody's face!

Very nice, Bob.

Beautiful, but hoping for wArmer weather when my Atlanta friend arrives next week. She is leaving days of 85 degrees and we had snow in Shropshire last night :0)

I had a German Shepherd (Alsatian) who loved coffee and would wait for people to finish their cup. One friend swore she would stop drinking coffee at our place because the dog looked so soulful.

Chilly pictures, trying to think warmer thoughts.

The shots of Pippa and Cody are too cute! My dog has a tendency of collecting snowballs in his beard so I laughed when I saw Pippa's snowy face :)

I also really like the picture of the fence - neat that the ice would collect like that!

Oh, please, please share that ice cream with me! Please, bark, bark! Oddly enough I could post frozen photos from just a few days ago- what an odd spring this has been! Great photos Bob!
