I wonder what members at this conference would have made of what is now the shambolic British parliament.
At least it still has the tower - now called the Elizabeth Tower which contains Big Ben, the bell of the clock in the tower.

I've never seen that stamp, an attractive design. Glad my comment provided inspiration. The scaffolding on the tower at the moment must be a metaphor for something! A happy new computer to you.
