Two weeks ago I showed a Polish stamp depicting a statue of Nicolaus Copernicus
The biggest and oldest planetarium was founded in 1955 to commemorate him. It's located in the Silesian Central Park.

New stamps to me. This is a fascinating theme!
Hi Bob - interesting to see these ... we're finding out more (or at least investigating) so much up in those wonderful star studded skies ... thanks for showing us these - cheers Hilary
That is one cool looking planetarium.
Beautiful stamps! Saturnus keeps on being fascinating, and I always am amazed how people managed to observe the planets and stars so well even decades and ages ago - must be thanks to telescopes and planetaria.
French stamp is beautiful.
Great stamps, love the Saturn stamp with a galaxy in the background.
Two totally different styles. Both are great!
