1981 was the International Year of the Handicapped.

There were two stamps commemorating the handicapped, the second at 2.20 Kroner. Both showed the handicapped as an equal part of society.
The Norwegian Graphic Artists Federation celebrated its centenary in 1982.

Interesting designs, I like the art style of the 1981 stamp.
The last stamps's design is amazing. I couldn't be otherwise to celebrate the centenary of Norwegian Graphic Artists Federation, of course!
that's a nice number of not such usual events...it is nice to see what Norway had decided to commemorate!
That is a super stamp of the men on the wire, very atmospheric.
These are certainly creative designs, quite pretty!

I like the '82 stamp. So colourful
I love the dramatic effect of the men working on the electricity lines.
The 1981 stamp has an influence of Edvard Munch.
The blue one looks like dangerous work.
