Perhaps this post should be 'Fruits of the World.' My visit to our local flea market recently found this album
from the 1950s; it contained a lot of interesting stamps - a bargain for a 'fiver'.
Two stamps from Bulgaria issued 3 July 1959 were easy to recognise.

And it definitely wasn't a case of sour grapes when it came to Cyprus.

Hi Bob - fascinating ... what a lucky find - it's breakfast time, to early to sample foods! Cheers Hilary
I love this vintage stamps. I guess you're going a lot of fun with the album, aren't you?
Beakfastime for me too which is when I am happy to sample foods. It is a lucky find that album. I don't really know how much a fiver is worth these days though, but if you say it's good I will believe you. Particularly like the grapes.
You sure know how to pick some delicious stamps, very interesting indeed!
Nice find, it will be interesting to leaf through and see what someone was collecting at the time.
Nice stamps, all juicy and yummy :D
