Sunday Stamps - Children: USA, Great Britain

 In 2001 a series of 4 stamps were issued for the New Millennium, Rights of The Child in the form of face paintings.

If you stretch 'Youth' to mean children then the centenary of the ELKS organisation will fit the theme.

    I always find those face painting stamps a little unsettling. I'd never heard of the ELKS, sounds a very worth while organisation.
