Bizarre or Unexplainable - Sunday Stamps II

In merging stamps from three albums I came across these on an Egypt page. 

I have not succeeded in finding these in stamp catalogues (I normally use the one on Stamp World  online)

 I cannot date them or even confirm whether they are indeed from Egypt. They could even be upside down.

 Is there anyone out there can point me in the right direction?

    They are actually upside down.
    Are you sure these are postage stamps?

    Now that I've put them right, I can confirm they are postage stamps from Egypt, only that, sorry, not the year.

    Hi Bob, I checked with a friend and he said that the word at the bottom of each stamp (yes they're inverted), means bariyyah - "creation" - everything Allah created. The characters in the middle from left to right is 5, 10, and 35.

    The words at the top are the name of the country (Arab Republic of Egypt), and the words at the bottom are "barid hukumi" (=official/government post).

    Eva - thanks a lot for your information. The fact that these are for official mail explains a lot. I have not succeeded if finding official mail stamps for these or other countries in online stamp cataloques.

    You're welcome. Actually, I don't know anything about the postal history of Egypt. I just read the words on the stamps.

    These letters are difficult to read. I guessed and then compared with other stamps.
