These make for a great set!!I especially like her in her uniform when she reviewed the guard.A classic!!:)~ HUGZ
I really like this set and wish I'd ordered the PHQ cards. I still could, I suppose.
I agree whole-heartedly, Bob, with your stance on flags. And I really love the stamps you chose - all feature really lovely portraits of QEII.
I agree. I believe the most important thing with being patriotic is exercising ones rights, flags or otherwise.
I liked the black and white idea of this set and they chose some charming photos. There seem to be more flags in the shops than on display this year.
I like the approach to the theme you chose! A great collection of QEII stamps.
always great to see some queen stamps other than the usual definitives! and these ones are really awesome! thanks for sharing!
The old-new combinations are a nice idea.
Oh, Gorgeous stamps.
What an elegant set of portraits of Queen Elizabeth II - a lovely and discreet display of patriotism ;-)Happy Sunday Stamps from Debs @ Penny Black 1840
I am not much of a flag waver either. In fact, it sort of annoys me for some reason.I like this series of the ever smiling Queen.
Great set of stamps that I have not seen on this side of the pond. Thanks for joining in!
Hi Bob .. I haven't seen these on sale yet - but then I don't often go to a post office - I'll have to look .. cheers Hilary
